The U.S. Department of Agriculture has recognized Crocker Elementary's "Sparkle Run" as an example of a healthy school fundraiser.  Crocker's Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO)-sponsored fun run was nominated by a member of the Iowa Department of Education's Team Nutrition Program, and is now featured in a national publication.  Read more about Crocker's successful event.
Picture Retakes
Picture retakes at Crocker Elementary have been scheduled for Tuesday, October 21st, beginning at 8:00 a.m. If you want your child(ren) to have their picture retaken, they need to bring their complete packet of pictures when they come to school on retake day.
If your child did not have his/her picture taken on the first date, you need to send a check made out to Lifetouch in the picture envelope that was sent home earlier in the year. Picture packets cannot be ordered unless the money is presented at the time the pictures are taken. We have extra picture envelopes in the office if you need one. Even if you do not wish to order pictures, all students who were absent will have their picture taken for the class composite.
